Homeowners can choose to keep their Zemi Beach House residence as their own personal retreat or take advantage of our rental management program.

The services of an expert management team, who will attend to all aspects of the property, ensuring effortless ownership.

A 45% share of the actual room revenue achieved for the home – a very attractive feature for offsetting the HOA fee.

An HOA fee of US$1.15 per square foot per month, which covers all external maintenance and insurance costs.

Government concessions, including waiving the Anguilla Aliens Landholding License Fee, which is 12.5% of the purchase price.
