What do I have to complete to stay at Zemi?

Below you will find details of the requirements and your responsibilities needed to travel to Anguilla.

Are masks mandatory?

Yes, masks are mandatory in all our public areas. Please check with your travel provider on their specific requirements, as most ask you to wear your mask throughout your journey.

How do I get to Anguilla?

Anguilla is accessible via Saint Martin, Antigua and directly into Anguilla Airport (AXA) by private jet.Should you be using the ferry boat service from Saint Martin, please contact our Reservations forassistance and bookings.

Travelling through Saint Martin to Anguilla?

All persons travelling need to complete a Covid-19 PCR test, 120 hours (3-5 days) before departure and have a negative result. If positive, you cannot travel.

Saint Martin has a pre-approval form that all travelers must complete before you travel. Our Zemi Beach Reservations team is able to help complete this form on your behalf.

Flying directly to Anguilla?

All persons traveling to Anguilla need to complete a PCR testing upon arrival, and again to pass the quarantine period. Fees to enter Anguilla apply.

This fee covers two (2) tests per person, surveillance and costs associated with the additional public health presence.
For extended stays of over 3 months and up to 12 months, the original fees still apply, as follows:

What is the bubble concept for Anguilla accommodations?

The Bubble concept means you are to remain in the hotel for your quarantine period of 10 to 14 days and complete your second PRC test with a negative result. Once you have completed this process we are able to assist with options you to explore the Island.

What measures have you implemented at Zemi?

The Hilton CleanStay program has been fully implemented here at Zemi Beach LXR Hotels and Resorts for your safety and security. This entails frequent cleaning of public areas, social distancing, new and approved room cleanliness and disinfecting of high touch areas, further contactless abilities through check in and out with Zemi Beach and the Hilton Honors app, also new restaurant and In-Room Dining contactless procedures for your convenience.

Where can I download these apps?

The apps can be downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How will you keep me safe at the hotel?

The CDC, WHO and Hilton Cleanstay protocols have been implemented and training has been provided with our teams to ensure the hotel is clean and disinfected for your safety. All team members will wear masks for added protection.

What is our Check in Process?

For your contactless convenience we recommend the Hilton Honors app, here you can choose your room location and use your phone as your key. For your safety we have implemented social distancing, placed signage and sanitizer pumps for your use around the property. We follow strict guidelines outlined by the Hilton CleanStay protocols and we have luggage porters should you wish for assistance.

What measures will be place in the Restaurants and In Room Dining?

A-la-carte options will replace all buffet and self-serve options. Floor plans are in place to ensure social distancing are in line with Hilton CleanStay protocols in 20 Knots, Bohio Bar and our Beach Bar, as they have dedicated outdoor seating areas.

Menus are available on our Zemi Beach app for all our Food and Beverage areas, we encourage the use of your in house account for your bills to reduce contact through the property, should you wish to leave an appreciation to our teams, you are able to place this on your room account also.

Other benefits of the Zemi Beach app enables you to communicate with our Guest Services Team, view your in house bills, report room issues, view the latest news and much more from the comfort of your rooms and around our property. We also offer In Room Dining should you wish to dine in private where we offer a knock and drop service.

Will you have social distance measures in place at your pools?

Yes, we ask our guests to respect the social distancing guidelines when using the pool and in all other public areas. Sunbeds will be spaced apart so as to adhere to social distancing guidance, and social distancing will be respected at all times when food or drink is served. Please ask a member of the team for further details.

Is your Gym safe?

Yes, you will need to book a specific 45-minute time slot with our team. The gym will be disinfected after each use with Hilton CleanStay approved products and protocols.

Can I use your Spa?

No, specific standards are being developed for your safety and security to re-open our Spa.

Is your Boutique open?

Yes, it is with social distancing in place we can only allow 2 (two) guests on our Boutique at 1 (one) time.

Additional Health and Safety measures

Upon arrival, and periodically throughout the stay, we will be asking all guests to undergo a contactless temperature check. Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate you if you do not complete this check.

If this contactless temperature screen reveals a fever above the threshold listed by local health authorities as a possible symptom of COVID-19, or if you or a member of your household has had any other symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within the previous 14 days, unfortunately, we will be unable to provide overnight accommodation. However, you and your party will be cared for in a separate designated room by a dedicated team who will ensure suitable onward care is arranged.

How long will these health and safety measures last?

At present, the evolving nature of the pandemic means we cannot provide a definitive answer.
