What are the pre arrival requirements?
  • All visitors 18 years and older must be fully vaccinated to be allowed entry into Anguilla (pregnant women and children under 18 are exempt) 
  • Travelers must apply for Entry Permission at www.ivisitanguilla.com, this includes a reduced arrival testing fee of US $50 per person. 
  • Negative Covid-19 test will still be required, and must be taken no less than 2-5 days prior to arrival. 
  • Self- administered tests and antibody tests will not be accepted. 

"Full vaccinated" is three (3) weeks or twenty-one (21) days after the second dose of vaccine. Mixed vaccines are accepted but they must be a variation of Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna. 

Acceptable test types: RT-PCR, NAA, RNA or molecular test, Antigen tests completed via a nasopharyngeal swab

Applications will not be accepted later than 12:00 PM EST the day before the day of arrival. For assistance with the travel application portal visitors may email visitanguilla@gov.ai (please allow up to 12 hours for a reply); or call 1-264-584-2710, or 1-264-497-5666/7 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST.

What are the arrival requirements?
  • All guests are tested on arrival and will be required to stay in place until the test is processed (usually 24 hours) 
  • No quarantine is necessary if test results are negative 
  • Stays 8 days or longer may require an additional test on day 4 at no extra cost. 
Are masks mandatory?

Masks are optional in all our public areas. Please check with your travel provider on their specific requirements, as most ask you to wear your mask throughout your journey.

How do I get to Anguilla?

Anguilla is accessible via Saint Martin, Antigua, and Puerto Rico directly into Anguilla Airport (AXA) by private jet or charter plane. Should you be using the ferry boat service from Saint Martin, please contact our Reservations team for assistance and bookings.

Traveling through Saint Martin to Anguilla?

All persons traveling need to complete a Covid-19 RT-PCR test, 120 hours (3-5 days) before departure and have a negative result. If positive, you cannot travel.

Saint Martin has a pre-approval form that all travelers must complete before you travel. Our Zemi Beach Reservations team is able to help complete this form on your behalf.

What measures have you implemented at Zemi Beach House?

The Hilton CleanStay program has been fully implemented here at Zemi Beach House LXR Hotels and Resorts for your safety and security. This entails frequent cleaning of public areas, social distancing, new and approved room cleanliness and disinfecting of high touch areas, further contactless abilities through check in and out with Zemi Beach House.

How will you keep me safe at the hotel?

The CDC, WHO and Hilton Cleanstay protocols have been implemented and training has been provided with our teams to ensure the hotel is clean and disinfected for your safety. All team members will wear masks for added protection.

What is our Check in Process?

For your safety we have implemented social distancing, placed signage and sanitizer pumps for your use around the property. We follow strict guidelines outlined by the Hilton CleanStay protocols and we have luggage porters should you wish for assistance.

What measures will be place in the Restaurants and In Room Dining?

Floor plans are in place to ensure social distancing are in line with Hilton CleanStay protocols in 20 Knots, Bohio Bar and our Beach Bar, as they have dedicated outdoor seating areas.

Will you have social distance measures in place at your pools?

Yes, we ask our guests to respect the social distancing guidelines when using the pool and in all other public areas. Sunbeds will be spaced apart so as to adhere to social distancing guidance, and social distancing will be respected at all times when food or drink is served. Please ask a member of the team for further details.

Is your Gym safe?

Yes, the gym will be disinfected after each use with Hilton CleanStay approved products and protocols.

Can I use your Spa?

Yes, the spa will be disinfected after each use with Hilton CleanStay approved products and protocols.

Is your Boutique open?

Yes, with social distancing in place.

Additional Health and Safety measures

Upon arrival, and periodically throughout the stay, we may be asking all guests to undergo a contactless temperature check. 

If this contactless temperature screen reveals a fever above the threshold listed by local health authorities as a possible symptom of COVID-19, or if you or a member of your household has had any other symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within the previous 14 days, unfortunately, we will be unable to provide overnight accommodation. However, you and your party will be cared for in a separate designated room by a dedicated team who will ensure suitable onward care is arranged.

How long will these health and safety measures last?

At present, the evolving nature of the pandemic means we cannot provide a definitive answer.

We continue to closely follow the latest guidance from Hilton, the Anguillan Government and world health authorities to undertake comprehensive and continual reviews of our operations , to ensure that our comprehensive health and safety protocols continue to meet the highest of standards, adhering to all new and updated requirements.
