When the Island Comes Alive—Zemi Beach House is Nearby!

Anguilla Summer Festival is BACK—making Zemi Beach House a prime location to refuel, rest and reset for all the festival activities happening in the Valley! This July 25th through August 10th, let the rhythm of the island pulse through your body as you celebrate the heritage, resilience, creativity and joy of the Anguillan people! Through music, art, dance and tradition, colorful parades and the August 5th boat race; there is no better place to stay than with us in Shoal Bay!

From July 25th to August 20th, the heart of our tranquil island beats a little louder! The Anguilla Summer Festival isn’t just a party, it’s a living expression of Caribbean identity—Anguillan identity. This is a season of pride. Pride in culture, and pride in community, taking months to prepare costumes, floats and songs for all to enjoy. Visitors are welcomed like family. And whether you’re jumping up in the streets or watching it all unfold from a beach chair, you’ll feel the spirit of the island and all of its glory.

Your Festival Home Base

Overlooking one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Shoal Bay, Zemi Beach House gives both the enthusiast and casual spectator, front-row-access to the best of the Summer Festival—Anguilla’s national sport, boat racing. Taking full advantage of the Shoal Bay breeze, the August 5th, Round-the-Island Boat Race will sail right by our shores.

Refuel & Lime on Island Time

Settle into your seat under our shaded patio at 20 Knots, and experience a vibe that blends island flavors and quiet luxury. A perfect place to catch your breath and a cool breeze between events after cheering or “chipping down di road” with the troupes, or to simply watch the boats slice through Shoal Bay during the race, 20 Knots is here for you. Offering soft sand, ocean breeze and a chilled glass of our signature rum punch.
