Led by Sheldon Goldstein (Chief Operating Officer), Jeffrey Goldstein (Partner) and Joshua Goldstein (President), the Goldstein family enterprise is comprised of The Lynmark Group, Goldstein Family Partnership, Goldstein Management Corp and Lynmark Construction and Management Co. In addition, The Goldstein’s also operate the national real estate management entities, Multifamily Management Service Inc. and Goldoller Management.

Since the family business began over 55 years ago, the Goldstein’s have quietly constructed hundreds of multi-family apartments, shopping centers and commercial buildings totaling over $750 million. Zemi Beach will be the most spectacular international resort to join the Goldstein Family portfolio.

The Goldstein family is one of New York’s premier builders providing all types of housing to thousands of residents.  Their portfolio includes rental housing communities throughout the United States and over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and shopping center developments.

In addition to Zemi Beach, current developments include the construction of the former Tilcon quarry in Suffern, which is proposed to be a 270-unit residential property. The Goldstein’s are also planning to develop a 236-room Crowne Plaza Hotel in Orange Beach, a 250-room Crowne Plaza in Suffern and the redevelopment of the Village of Lake Zurich in Illinois.

Lane Pettigrew Associates, with offices in Miami, St. Lucia and the Honduras, is a world-renowned architectural firm. A member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, Pettigrew has designed and remodeled more than 100 residences, hotels and resorts in 22 Caribbean countries.

Called “the unofficial architect laureate of the Caribbean” by the Toronto National Post, Lane Pettigrew combines a West Indies aesthetic with classical principles. The result is the utmost comfort, timeless beauty and style. Lane Pettigrew’s Cap Maison project in St. Lucia won the Conde Nast Johansens 2010 Most Excellent Small Resort Award in the Atlantic, Pacific or Caribbean.

Sales & Marketing

Sales and Marketing for Zemi Beach is provided by Cardea Property Consultants Limited. Owned by Lisa Basire and Naomi Cambridge, who have a combined experience of over 20 years in Caribbean Real Estate, they have worked together on a number of successful projects. Sugar Beach, St Lucia – prestigious residences situated between the Pitons, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Winners of the 2010 International Property Awards and recognized on Conde Nast’s 2012 Gold List for best hotels worldwide. Lisa and Naomi led the successful re-branding of the former Jalousie Plantation into Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort, generating a total of over $26 million in sales in under 2 years. The Cove Residences at Blue Waters, Antigua – Launched in 2007, Lisa and Naomi were responsible for the sales and marketing of the real estate, which sold out in just 8 weeks.

Interior Design

Based in Miami, Florida, Asmayda Furniture Group is a leading manufacturer of custom-made furniture and furnishings. With state-of-the-art factories in Mexico and the United States, Asmayda was ideal for Zemi Beach’s distinctive resort real estate. The company has drawn inspiration from Anguilla’s history, people and setting, especially in its hand-painted detailing. Using solid wood, rattan, hand-picked bamboo and beautifully designed stone, Asmayda’s craftsmen produce distinctive custom pieces.

Asmayda’s work includes retail (Cartier, New York), outdoor furnishings (Nikki Beach, Miami Beach), specialty restaurants, including the communal table at Asia de Cuba in New York and furniture for fine hotels in the Morgans group, among others.

Hotel Management

Trust Hospitality has been selected to manage the hotel resort component upon opening in mid-2015.
