Sales and Marketing for Zemi Beach is provided by Cardea Property Consultants Limited. Owned by Lisa Basire and Naomi Cambridge, who have a combined experience of over 20 years in Caribbean Real Estate, they have worked together on a number of successful projects. The Cove Residences at Blue Waters, Antigua – Launched in 2007, Lisa and Naomi were responsible for the sales and marketing of the real estate, which sold out in just 8 weeks.
